P.d.P.Portatrice di Prosperità Società Anonima (SA) is a Swiss Corporation, formed on September 1.st, 1986 with an equity capital of SWF 100’000 consisting of 200 bearer shares with a nominal amount of SWF 500 each one and an additional guarantee deposit of SWF 300’000 by the "Banca dello Stato del Canton Ticino" which grants the possibility, according to the Swiss Law, to act as a trustee.
The majority shareholder is Mr. Richard sen Eberhard, lic.oec.publ., a MBA degree in Macroeconomics from the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
At present time the chairman is avv. Marco Primavesi. The Manager is Mr. Richard sen Eberhard. Both have individual signatures.
